Meet Customer Service Representative Travis Hopkins!

Travis Hopkins joined CFGroup in 2012 after spending more than 25 years working in logistics in the commercial furniture industry. As a Customer Service Representative for the Shelby Williams brand, Travis works with customers and our sales team daily, overseeing orders for her territory, as well as managing some of our key program accounts such as Marriott, Hyatt, and Staybridge.

On transitioning from logistics to manufacturing, Travis says, “It was a challenge, but learning how the product was made, before transportation needs were required, was very interesting and rewarding to me.” Travis also finds the customer interaction meaningful, adding that “the personal contact with our valued customers and to be able to assist them in meeting their individual product needs has been, and continues to be, a fulfilling experience.”
